Many years ago I started working with a professional supervisor, and soon came to appreciate the importance of supervision in supporting high quality, ethical and creative coaching practice.
Inspired by what I had learned I went on to train and qualify as a Coaching Supervisor and now offer 1:1 and group supervision for executive coaches and people professionals including HR, Talent and OD Leaders.
